Good things come in small packages...

When we think of packages, it’s usually big brown boxes filled with excess tissue paper and packaging, but what happens if your product is teeny tiny?

There’s a certain online shopping giant who is notoriously slated for their large, unnecessary packages, and let’s be honest, it’s not good for any business to be shamed on social media.

But don’t worry, there are smart, sophisticated and SMALL packaging solutions to suit your needs. Here are some examples from Packaging Works:

A smaller box means less wastage, and this is good for both you and of course the environment. We recently created this little blue box for High Brow’s new Skinny Brown Pencil. The box features a simple signature style font in brown and fits right in the palm of your hand.

Over lockdown we have had lots of requests for custom eyelash boxes, and you can see why. This bespoke branded box we created for Wolfie Lashes is striking. There’s a common misconception with smaller boxes that your design will be blurry and low quality, but we create all our boxes to the same ‘fabu-lash’ standard.

Something to take into consideration with both small and large products is of course the measurements. When you want a tight fit around your products, remember that box measurements always relate to the inner dimensions.

This is especially important for fragile products like candles, which is why we created this tight-fitting cyclical and eco-friendly box for luxury candle manufacturers Amaura.

If you know anything about branding, you’ll know that consistency is key. These two boxes for Atlantic Lights home fragrances are cohesive for both the candle box and the reed diffuser. Just remember, no matter what size the box is we can still print your branding in it so your consumer knows it’s your product.
